Our old Arvest mobile banking app will stop working. If you’re still using our old app, it’s time to download and start using our new app, Arvest Go! Simply sign in using your current login ID and password.

While you’re at it, be sure to delete the old app from your device.

Say “hello” to Arvest Go! Arvest Go mobile banking has more of what you want: log in with your fingerprint, quickly view your accounts and enjoy an enhanced user experience that gives you the best Arvest has to offer in mobile banking.

Plus, we will be making frequent updates to Arvest Go based on the newest technology trends and feedback from our customers!

Just a note: please check that you’re running the most current mobile operating system for an optimal experience with Arvest Go. The Arvest Go app requires at least Apple iOS 9 or Android 5 Lollipop to run.

If you are a mobile banking user who accesses account information via your phone’s browser: The old mobile web banking service will also stop working, but mobile web banking will not go away. The look and feel of your experience will be updated to BlueIQ Mobile Web .

BlueIQ Mobile Web is accessed through your mobile device’s browser, features standard online banking and bill payment functions, and provides easy-to-use personal money management tools.

For iPad® users, please use Online Banking with BlueIQ, easily accessed through any tablet’s browser, for an optimal banking experience. Our updated mobile app, Arvest Go, is not currently optimized for iPad® viewing and usage.

Classic Mobile App Set to Retire

Now is the time to Arvest Go.

Arvest Classic—our first mobile banking app—will no longer work beginning fall 2018. We removed the app from the app stores on July 12, 2018 in anticipation of this upcoming change.

Why is This Happening?

The vendor that supports our Classic mobile app has made the decision to stop its support and maintenance of this product for our customers.

Although the app is no longer supported by the vendor, it should continue working until the disconnect date in fall 2018 unless it is deleted from the device. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused.

New Mobile Banking App Available

Logging in and using our new mobile banking app, Arvest Go, is easy. Arvest Go has all the best features of Classic plus several enhancements, such as fingerprint login and an optimized mobile check deposit experience.

To get started, simply download the free Arvest Go app on your iPhone®* or Android™* device and sign in using your current Classic online banking login ID and password. After successfully logging in to Arvest Go, be sure to delete the Arvest Classic app from your device.

Ensure you are running the most current OS for an optimal experience with Arvest Go. The Arvest Go app requires at least Apple iOS 9 or Android 5 Lollipop to run.

We make frequent updates to Arvest Go based on the newest technology trends and feedback from our customers. We are excited to bring you the best we have to offer in mobile banking.

Browser-only Banking

The Classic mobile web banking service will also retire this fall, but mobile web banking will not go away. The look and feel of your experience will change.

Mobile Web BlueIQ™ accessed through your device’s browser will feature standard online banking and bill payment functions as well as easy-to-use personal money management tools.

To enjoy an optimal banking experience on your iPad®, please use Online Banking with BlueIQ™, accessed easily through your tablet’s browser. Our replacement mobile app, Arvest Go, is not currently configured for iPad viewing and usage.

We’ve got some good news—we’re releasing the first update to Arvest Go to make it even better. The app update includes several new features to make banking on your phone even easier and more convenient.

Beginning March 13, 2018, users can visit their mobile app store to get the most up-to-date version of Arvest Go. Also at that time, new users will be able to download the latest version via the App Store®* or Google Play*.

This update comes just four months after the successful launch of Arvest Go and is driven by actual customer feedback and our technology roadmap.

Arvest will continue to listen to our customers in determining future updates and added features. We are also keeping our eye on trends in mobile banking in order to continually offer the best we can for our customers. As always, providing exceptional customer service—whether in branch, on the phone or through our mobile and online products—is our top priority.

New Features The update to our Arvest Go mobile app will allow you to

  • Enjoy iPhone X user enhancements, like Face ID® log in;
  • Search through your account transactions with ease;
  • Schedule and edit recurring payments and transfers;
  • Initiate common banking functions quickly from your home screen or widget;
  • Enroll in e.statements; and
  • View your account information more easily on larger screens.

The update also includes minor bug fixes and other improvements.

First launched in November 2017, the Arvest Go mobile banking app makes managing your personal accounts convenient, while providing a modern and individualized user experience. Arvest Go provides fast and easy control over your finances in a few quick taps.

With Arvest Go, users can log in using their fingerprint or passcode, enable Quick View to see account information at a glance, as well as customize their app by adding a profile photo and account nicknames.

If you are new to mobile and online banking with Arvest, simply visit with an associate at your local branch or call us at (866) 952-9523 to get a login ID and temporary password. Once you’ve installed Arvest Go on your phone, enter your credentials and follow the prompts to create a new password and set up your challenge questions and answers.
